What is Dodgertown West?

A member of the Mens Senior Baseball League (MSBL), Dodgertown West began in 1984 as a group of players who attended the Los Angeles Dodgers Adult Baseball Camp and desired to continue the camaraderie and fellowship of the camp on a regular basis. From two teams in '84, the league has now grown to six regularly established teams and over 200 registered players. Games are played year round by way of two scheduled seasons a year, Spring (January through June) and Fall (July through December).

Players must be 30 years of age and older and must have attended the Dodgers Adult Baseball Camp.

Fields of Dreams

Beginning in the latter half of 2008 DTW began developing a relationship with Downey High School. DTW was helpful in supplying some field work and equipment to the school and in return Downey has become DTW's second home.

In 2009 Downey High School will join Veteran's Memorial Stadium in Commerce as DTW's fields of dreams. Maps and directions to these locations can be had by clicking on the appropriate link below:
